I just finished my first class for clinical posting today... I've learnt about physical examination. Thought that I would like to share my timetable starting from this posting and other postings onwards, something like what I planned..
6.30 am- Wake up and get ready for class
7.00 am-7.15 am - Breakfast while reading before going to hospital
7.30- 9.00 am - Ward work (attend ward rounds, clerk and examine at least 1 patient, observe procedures)
9.00 am-1 pm - Attend clinics/classes
1 pm-2 pm- Short nap 10 minutes+rest+ revise notes before classes if got classes after that..
2pm- 5pm - Classes/ward work
5pm-6pm - aerobic exercise/ outdoor exercise ( i usually do aerobic if i feel really lazy to jog, haha )
6pm- 8.30pm- rest, dinner, prepare for study materials (foods, fruits, drink)
8.30 pm- 9.30 pm- arrange and rewrite cases seen into book
9.30 pm- 10.00pm- revises cases seen (cases study- 1 hour 30 minutes)
10.00pm- 11.30 pm- study beforehand (for classes-1 hour 30 minutes )
11.30pm-11.40 pm- break
11.40 pm-12.30 am- study according to the suggested reading by lectures (refer to guidebook), make notes - at least 1 topic per day (1 hour 20 minutes)
12.30am 12.40 am - read English materials (books of course, avoid reading from handphones, tablets)
Total self study hour: 4 hours 20 minutes ( cases- 1 hour 30 minutes , books - 2 hours 50 minutes)
Weekend (Saturday)

9.00 am-11.30 am- Revise the notes ( 2 hour 30 minutes)
